I bought a Xoom from Woot and it had some guys previous data(couple photos, videos, and pics taken using the built in camera). I asked Motorola if I need to return it to wipe the drive and they said no. I did factory reset it after I got it since I did not want this guys info. But I wonder if more than the 100 were affected by this and Motorola is not fessing up to.
