Windows Phone Tango smartphone for sale on Facebook, Dev contest winner auctions off HTC Mazaa smartphone
Windows Phone Tango is aimed at lower end handsets apparently, as we talked about a few days ago. We still don't have all the details on the OS at this point, but if you are very curious about Tango here is your chance to get hands on. A person is attempting to sell a HTC HD7 on Facebook that has been flashed with a development build of Tango.
This may be the first time I have seen anything up for sale on Facebook like this. I can only assume that the person selling the smartphone expects eBay would end the auction if he put it on the auction site to sell. The seller is starting the bidding at 150€ not including shipping. If Tango doesn't float your boat, but you have some cash burning a hole in your pocket, there is a HTC Mazaa WP7 Mango dev phone up on eBay.
The phone is apparently one of the ones that was given away in the developer contest. We have talked about the Mazaa before. The Mazaa in the auction is still new in the box. The bidding starts at $400 and the Buy it Now price is $699. I wonder if this auction will make it to the end or if HTC or Microsoft will have it ended.
