cool Heyy Guys, I just got a $829.99 iPåd2 for only $103.37 and my mom got a $1499.99 HDTV for only $251.92, they are both coming with USPS tomorrow. I would be an idiot to ever pay full retail prices at places like Walmart or Bestbuy. I sold a 37" HDTV to my boss for $600 that I only paid $78.24 for.
I use "BïdsFïrst,com"

Microsoft already has a lightweight home office solution...

I foresee "metro works" and it'll be an under $20 app(that they would have included free previously)

I think its refering to mobile devices. Obviously on the desktop iWork is farily spartan compared to office (heck even the highly competitive open office has a lot of holes compared to office, wheres the groupware app?!) but on a tablet iWork is fantastic and works really really nicely, whereas the mobile versions of office I've seen have been quite poorly. Windows 8, as well as Lion , have been all about the move to portable devices and tablets, and this is what this is about. Microsoft hasn't excactly been a winner on mobile devices. Even the more than respectable win-8 has been recieved fairly half-heartedly by the market compared to the all powerful iOS and android platforms. So microsoft is now moving its two rooks into place, Windows proper, and Office. If it can make these actually attractive on tablets, it might be able to turn the tide.

Reposition icons, launching windows etc. sounds like a redress of current functionality, nothing radical. Is it pssible to offer even more in these apps over what they already do?

That is a strangely worded headline...I don't think it says what you meant to say. iWork has a LOOOONG way to go to catch up with MS Office in terms of installed base, functionality, etc.
