Don’t
like it? Don’t buy it, it’s simple; ask to the people that still use Win XP.
I don’t like how apple is making OS X more like iOS in every new version, and
what I did? Still using Snow Leopard until I have no choice or get new features
that I see that really worth it, at least with Win 8 you can disable the metro UI!!!!

If you have and want a tablet that's fine. I have three desktops and a laptop. I don't see how the Metro UI would benefit me. Its designed for tablets.

I personally prefer the ease of touch in metro ui, it's simple, responsive and intuitive. Three words that are hard to come with Microsoft.

This is like ribbon in office 2007, many loath it, but once you use it and get used to it, you hardly want to go back to old menu and toolbar.

This new UI is disgusting. Its like Microsoft went back in time and asked a preschooler to created colored boxes. What in the world are they thinking. They are taking a phone UI and applying to a desktop? Is this only to be used for tablets? I don't see how it can replace a normal, functioning desktop like I use with work every day. BTW - I just finished reading their confusing powerpoint presentation which gives basic hints to how things would work. Windows 7 will be used at my job and home until 2020 apparently.
