A problem that employees and temporary workers have is that they might use company assets and therefore owe their inventions to the organization. The present laws are grossly unfair in that the give all the power to the companies, and maybe the individual inventor will now have a better chance of proving that he or she did the idea on their own without using company property.

Yeah, security too, particularly in my business of healthcare, where a single lost patient record can cost you $50,000.]]></description>
