Originally this date was 1 June 2009 although there had been reports of even earlier dates.

Again Microsoft has abused it customers by this totally ridiculous date. Surely the date should gave been 1 June or 1 July? I feel pretty hard done by as I bought a new Toshiba Notebook on June 14 and I could have easily waited until the 26th to qualify had I known that that would be the cutoff date.

I am pretty sure that I am not alone in this situation and this could be an occasion to file a Class Action Suit against Microsoft for misleading the public, again.
