That… just seems ridiculous on the face of it, they wouldn’t really make a console that wasn’t as powerful as the PS3, then charge more for it, would they? If I were an investor, I would take that news worse than any 3ds sales figures

I keep having flashbacks to my Dreamcast and the pair of $3 lithium button batteries in my VMU that barely lasted 2 weeks.

Ummm, at one point they were saying that each Wii U can only have 1 of those special controllers w/ screen connected at a time. I don’t know if they changed this or not since, but that is a severely limiting factor if you want to play w/ other people.

Please explane these possibilities as I have yet to see a game on the DS use both screens to such an advantage. I, personally, don’t want another screen on my controller. I never even look at it while playing games.

Each controller having its own personalized screen is a long overdue improvement to video gaming. It opens up plenty of possibilities related to offline multi-player gaming.

The demo videos they released were horrible. They did nothing to make things look interesting. Just confusing and boring. Nintendo had such an incredible start with the Wii and managed to sell it to so many people that wouldn’t normally buy a system. Unfortunately, the games went all to heck. One trash release after another.
