Pop goes the tech bubble. It's all good though, we don't need every single person and their mother claiming to be a techspert. Let's give the reigns back to those who brought us to the place where we are, or were at the end of 2010, so we can actually get excited about NEW developments instead of watching them get the kaibosh because angry hipsters read about them before they come to market, tweet about them, and cause enough of an uproar to scare manufacturers into second-guessing themselves.

I completely agree with this assessment. I've attended CES for the last 5 years and always looked forward to it with anticipation. After last year's event, I vowed that I would never attend again. Previously, I've always looked forward to seeing and more importantly handling new tech and all of the free swag that comes along with it. The show is so big now that companys rarely if ever spend time 1:1 and certainly are giving out the swag. :-(
