I have a PS3 and it match my media center cabinet nicely because of its black chassis and believe it or not, I use my PS3 mostly as Blu-Ray player rather than gaming console. Japanese market gets white PS3 last November, and according to Sony’s FCC filing, North America might get the white PS3 as well. Sony has not officially made the announcement yet regarding the new PS3’s SKU found on FCC’s site.

the rumored price drop was debunked though.
i’m not big on the white – i wish they’d bring back the “metal flake” silver, from E3 ‘05 or whatever.
