Voice controlled helicopters apparently coming soon

Tokyo-based Taiyo Corp. announced yesterday that they would soon be offering a toy helicopter than responds to your voice commands.  These helicopters will apparently be able to respond to Japanese and English voice commands.

This helicopter measures only 18 centimeters long and can fly up to 10 meters away from the user controlling it.  In order to operate the toy you will need to wear a helmet that is able to recognize 5 voice commands. The commands include "hold," "stop," "up," "start engine" and "down." If your just not down with that you can use conventional controls to steer it, but where would the fun be in that?

Taiyo is offering a range of radio-controlled toys that are deemed "intelligent." Annual sales targets for its model are set at 100,000 or more units. The Toy will be available in March To the Japanese market with Asia, North America and Europe to get it afterwards.
