Slowing-down a connection from 3G to 2.7G is still unlimited data… it just takes longer to download pages. AND it is much better than how other ISPs work (they cut you off at 2.5 gigabytes and no more internet).

Throttling users is not unlimited data. This kind of marketing is fraudulent and needs to be addresses by the FCC.
