		<description><![CDATA[Seems like a semantic argument to me, or splitting hairs maybe. Much like phones, the internet has become a necessity to function effectively in modern society. A person without internet access is going to lose out on access to many employment and educational opportunities, not to mention have restricted access to information (as well as voicing your opinion) compared to someone with internet access. I would say that the internet itself isn&#039;t a human right, but more of one of several means of exerting your rights. When you start attempting to limit the ability of someone to exert their rights, that&#039;s not much different than limiting their rights themselves.]]></description>
