Indian Stallion you're right about viliv cables being shoddy and not able to charge just after a couple of month use. I bought viliv s5 and have the same problem. I have also learnt my lesson. Hope others don't experience this trauma.

Thanks for the feedback, that's disappointing to hear. If the new Viliv device has cellular connectivity then it should be able to use the official Android Market, which should make a difference. As for the other complaints, we'll have to see how Viliv addresses them.

I have the Viliv P3 , it sucks. Radio only works on Windows CE but not the Android. No Android market means the tedious process of sideloading apps. No Google apps means you cant really use it as an organiser. The screen is not as sensitive as it should be , you actually have to hold it a bit longer than normal (normal using my Milestone for comparison) to scroll up and down, its almost like a resistive screen. Lastly the cable is shoddy, it is no longer able to charge the player 2 months after I bought it so I am left with a brick. Learnt my lesson, going to get an ipod touch next.
