Shane,
Thanks for covering the Vigilus robot! I'm not sure that I am comfortable with the 'Triangle of Death' , since our robots are really designed not to hurt anyone. We haven't quite encoded Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics, but it is close.

The photos on the website (www.gamma-two.com) are the prototype robot. We are waiting for the new skins to arrive, and then we will update the photos.

As far as the price goes, you are a very good estimator of security guard salaries. The actual cost of covering a night shift 365 nights a year is a little higher (you need to cover the weekends, vacation days, and sick time). Since the robot doesn't take vacations, happily works 7 days a week, and doesn't call in sick, it works out to about $35K We expect to have the locked down price in the next few weeks.

Thanks for the write-up, if you have any questions feel free to give us a call!
