Capable of reducing aircraft cabin noise from 85dB to 40-45dB (which is about the same as your average living room), the ety8 come complete with what likely marks the beginning of a new generation of wireless iPod connectivity: full bi-directional communication.

Yikes! They’re a) UGLY and b) unwieldy. I think I’ll wait for Apple to deliver built-in blootoof with the iPods.
