Sony unveiled its new 24-inch widescreen LCD monitor that was designed to match the look of their Type R desktops. It supports 1920 x 1200 resolution with 1,000:1 contrast ratio and 400cd/m2 brightness. Sporting 6ms fast response time, it’s a great screen for games and movies. It has a pair of HDCP compliant DVI ports and one VGA port. It will be available in Japan soon for ¥129,000 or around $1060 USD.
