I spoke with verizion wireless customer service representative, I have the Galaxy S Fascinate by the way, I'm on my 5th replacement, love the phone, service is terrible. I have problems with 3G and data, terrible service.

I was calling verizion for help again, the sales pitch was to upgrade to 4G, all of that is fine, understanding the business, why would I upgrade to 4G, when I cannot get help with my current problems. My question is why would I upgrade to 4G, and 4G is not in my area, I live in Lorain, Ohio, which is 20 miles from Cleveland, Oh.

I pay my bill every month, been thru 5 replacement phones, still cannot get the sevice I am paying for. I DON'T UNDERSTAND....Verizion is not offering any discounts, or offering me a phone for all that I am going thru. I thought I was a valued customer, seems to me Verizion is out for the bucks and not the customers.

I would like a response, meme21365@gmail.com.

Thank you,
Michele Franklin
