Motorola’s Android plans look to have been scooped somewhat, with various listings for the Motorola Droid Xtreme MB810 cropping up in Verizon’s database. Full details of the handset are unknown – though it’s believed to have a hardware keyboard, versus the Motorola Shadow‘s touchscreen-only form factor – but based on the timescale and the name, it’s likely to be a high-end replacement for the Motorola DROID.

That handset was first unveiled back in Q4 2009, and with the first half of 2010 fast running out we’re perhaps overdue a new flagship CDMA device from the company. The assumption is that, since the Xtreme MB810 – along with various accessories, including a desk dock and multiple cases – has been added to the Verizon database, a retail launch isn’t far off.
