While it makes good business sense i feel that when Verizon debuts their I*hone it should be the I*hone 5 in the summer. All that being said, unless theirs a major upgrade to the hardware inside the I*hone i don't see it competing to well on Verizon with all the android phones. Especially the Tegra-2 ones comming out later this year. I had an I*hone along time ago, made the switch when the Moto Droid came out and couldn't have been happier. It's all about choice and customization and with the I*phone choice and customization are sorely lacking.

I'm really happy to see the iPhone move to other carriers. There's nothing quite like choice. I've been with Verizon for about five years and have wanted the iPhone since its debut. Finally!

If it's a "global" phone (like their droid, and storm), I'm probably going to go there. If it's going to be CDMA only -- going to wait for a global version of the galaxy s or similar.
