Verizon set a new sales record with its iPhone 4 pre-order for existing customers last week, and now it’s hoping to do the same with general pre-sales for the CDMA smartphone. Up for order at both Apple and Verizon‘s sites right now, the iPhone 4 is $199 for the 16GB and $299 for the 32GB.

Online orders are available for home delivery, or you can stop by a Verizon store tomorrow, February 10, and pick up a handset in-store. Verizon stores will be opening from 7am on Thursday, with devices on a first-come, first-serve basis.
