The battery life appears dismal. This is why i returned GNex. Samsung's 2100 ma battery is simply not enough for a moderate user. There will be no fix or modification and you will spend hours on blogs trying to find a magic bullet. You will simply end up turning data, wifi, screen brightness, gps, and mabe even the phone off to get through the day. If motorola is smart its Verizon Razr HD will come out with a 3300 ma battery like the Maxx and they wont fiddle with the 1750 ma battery of the Atrix HD. SmartActions did not help the Razr and wont help an HD model with a bigger screen.

Even if the site worked with Sprint (not sure what went down there), this is a 4G test. It would be difficult to test the 4G capabilities of Sprint's S3 when there isn't a Sprint LTE network to speak of that's available to test it on. And there's no WiMAXX on Sprint's S3, so all that can be tested on Sprint's model right now for many is 3G.

Well, since the screenshots were taken after the tests were complete, we don't know if WiFi was on during the tests or if it was turned on after the tests. But clearly, according to each of the speed tests, with the exception of one AT&T test, mobile data was being used and not WiFi. Typically, if WiFi is on and connected, it will override the mobile data connection every time. If it's on and not connected, it won't impact the cellular connection. So, either way, I don't think it's anything to worry about.
