I refuse to buy another Moto phone after the fiasco that was the Milestone. False advertising for being flash ready. Release dates on 2.2 faced delay after delay after delay. Almost 2 years late I finally got 2.2. After the OTA update it is buggy, unstable, and slow with nothing installed on the phone other than the necessary apps. Locking out the bootloader was the final straw for me. I went back to my old HTC Hero for the rest of my time in Europe and will either get a Galaxy S II to bring back or an HTC when i return to the US.
Moto has to prove themselves again to everyone they screwed with the milestone.

Moto can make headway against Samsung if they put more effort in their screens... Motoblur isn't turning heads, but they enjoy a better marketing campaign than Samsung,LG, or HTC. People are being swayed by amoled and better viewing angles as well as overall weight and balance, something Moto seems to be trying desperately to make up ground on with the Bionic. The Droid touts "oldMoto" which is probably why it isn't getting much fanfare

Those screens don't look like 2.3.4 .. staus bar and app drawer look like Honeycomb/ ICS with the holographic blue. Unless they are vastly chaging their own UI..
