That $19.99 is for new accounts; not renewals. I just bought mine from VZW online for $99 (as a new every 2 with a $50 credit). Without the credit it is still $50 cheaper online, which is worth a 2 day shipping wait. Plus by ordering online, if you ever have a problem, they cannot force you go to the store for troubleshooting or return, as they ship you a new or refurb instead. That is great for me, because if it isn’t an emergency, I’d only wait a day, rather then go back and forth to the store wasting personal time and fuel. Best Buy also has it in store for $130, but I am not sure if that’s for new customers only.
