On a tablet or smartphone, the average person probably breezes through that in 3-4 days (if not sooner). They offer it, of course, so you will step up to the next package and think to yourself, &quot;Wow, I&#039;m glad I got this 3GB package at $30. AT&amp;T is treating me so well!&quot;
