		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m a brand new Verizon customer (4/8/2011) and switched from AT&amp;T for the Thunderbolt. Verizon&#039;s lack of communication to alert us Tbolt owners on the issue and how to connect to 3G is absolutely horrible customer service. A simple text message would have been fine. They send them when they want me to buy something from them. Not real happy at this time. I also want a pro rated credit on my account for the 30 hours of downtime, so far.]]></description>
