can you create a 45 degree tilting moped for the usa for around $1,500 usa dollars ? give it a 30″ pickup bed & still have the front end tilt, with a twin electric motor with ( regenerative braking ) to were when you get off the gas pedal the power would go back into the batteries,and use a ( vibrashock ) to were when the shocks go up/down it would create energy for the batteries with a solenoid to were the batteries would not over charge & explode.use a zilla 2000 amp pak.with a body , wipers,radio,7 speed trans,with centrifugal clutch for the rear axles.

“REAL” trikes are gay. I hope you don’t pay $40,000 for something that is nothing more than a 3-wheel convertible. Trikes are not motorcycles. You can get wind in your face with a convertible. It takes zero skill to operate a trike.
This sweet ass vehicle here leans like a motorcycle and I bet it would blow you panties right off Susan if you drove it. Again, Trikes are GAY turds. This vehicle is sweeeeet.

The old one had a roll down soft top convertible option. If this isnt convertible or have a giant sun/moon roof then forget it…but if it does than give it a cvt and send it on over…NOW!

Why are people calling this a trike? I have a trike and it’s nothing at all like this. A “real” trike is NOT enclosed. This is nothing more than a 3 wheeled car with a seat in the front and one in the back. This vehicle will NOT give you the freedom you get from hitting the road on either a 2 wheel motorcycle or a real 3 wheel trike. If you want a real trike it will cost you between 30 – 40K or more depending on the bells and whistles you get. And remember…you get what you pay for. As bikers, we ride for the wind in our hair and faces, the freedon of not being “caged” up (that’s why we call cars a cage) and the open road. If you want a real driving experience, get a real trike.

I (hopefully) am mistaken in my remarks above. I just reviewed the Web site www . conceptcarz . com and discovered subtle differences in the interior of the photo above and the F300 LifeJet. Very similar, but differences are noticeable. The Web site: http://www.conceptcarz.com/vehicle/z964/1997_Mercedes-Benz_F300_Life_Jet/default.aspx provides about the best photographs of the F300 Lifejet that I recall. It would appear that the VentureOne is going to be quite similar in production which is, in my opinion, a large plus. Comfort and ergonomic design can enhance both safety and the driving experience. This vehicle is becoming even more intriguing

The interior picture at the top of this article looks awkwardly like the interior of the Mercedes F300 LifeJet that was a concept vehicle that I first fell in love with. My understanding of the VentureOne (and, I want one) is that the steering wheel will be the conventional round wheel and not the airplane style wheel shown above. I would doubt that the above photo is from VentureOne. Also, the shift lever on the right side looks like the one from the LifeJet. Frankly, I prefer the photo items above and would hope that I am mistaken.

I am totally in love with this car but I wonder how well it will do in snow. My feeling is that it’ll handle as well as a motorcycle, which is….not at all.
I wish I could afford a car that I could put away for the winter but I can’t.

I forgot, I agree with snappy on the videos. Wow only goes so far. I’d like to see parking, passengers getting in and out, picking up groceries, and manuevering through traffic. You might think of doing a video blog stunt by having someone travel across country or at least along the California cost; keeping track of mileage, fuel-ups, and costs as you do. You could do a GIS cost spatial analysis based on fuel cost by city/county and do a projected cost with other vehicles based on their mpg ratings–even if they are over rated.

I live in Mississippi and have a daily commute of over 80 miles to and from work. Needless to say, I’d love on of these. Where do you plan on selling them and when. If this comes in under $20,000 with that mpg, I really want this to be my next commuter. We really need a vehicle like this in the south where travel distance make motorcycles dangerous and current battery-powered only cars impractical. Hell, I might be willing to set up a dealership here just to get your vehicle down here. :-)

Great design folks! I think that is the way to go for many countries where cities are congested with traffic. Too many people are driving around alone in a big truck, SUV, MPV etc.

On the video, it would be good to 1) Remove the silly music 2) have some video of a passenger getting in a out of the car, to illustrate actual usage of it 3) some video of parking etc.

There is only so much wow factor in seeing the car tilt left and right in some scenic highways or spinning around in the dirt road.

Hope this takes off and hey, don’t forget the Asian market! ;)
