USB Extender - Allows you to plug in a device from up to 1,650 away.

How far away from your PC does the printer sit? If I had to guess, I'd say in most cases it's within 6 feet or so. That's because many standard cables are around that length (sure, they do come in longer sizes) and the fact that you really don't want to walk across the room just to get the paper you printed. However, if you desire to have that, or any other USB device plugged in on the other side of the house, there is a way to do it.

Sure, there are wireless methods, but who wants the convenience of that? This bad boy uses fiber optics to transmit your USB signal up to 1650ft away. I'm not really sure what you'd actually want to plug in that far away, but to each their own I suppose.

There is one minor limitation of this product. It may actually cost more than your car. For $16,000 I could probably get myself a wireless USB hub and have enough left for a decent car.
