US Cellular is s very small regional carrier, they don’t have the influence (money) to get exclusive deals with the OEMs on new phones. What they can get are hand-me-downs from larger carriers (has to be Verizon and Sprint because US Cellular is a CDMA carrier). Once the bigger carriers let the phones out of their clutches USCC has a chance to get them.
