Public urination crimes perpetrated mainly by male offenders seems to be rampant in European cities. So much so that a $75,000 system, called the Urilift had to be implemented to stop the fouling of city streets. The Urilift is essentially a two meter high stainless steel cylinder with three alcoves, each with a urinal, and no doors. Using hydraulics, the unit is lifted up at night when said offenses occurred most often, and lowered underground during the day. These systems have already been implemented across the Netherlands, London, and Belfast, but Victoria will be the first North American city to try them out.

I hope they are strong as I could see me and a lot of other people standing on them as they lift up.
I think they should put a sign on top of it.
