Plus there is the risk that the person pursuing you could overpower you and take whatever device you happen to be carrying. Well Aya Tsukioka created just the line to solve that issue.
This Urban Camouflage is a line created with Japan in mind. She features a skirt that quickly turns you into a human vending machine to disappear out of sight.
