I doubt you'll ever see a Mac Version of UDK, not unless Apple starts supporting a ton of stuff a lot better like .net. Also UDK is a little heavy for anything less than a desktop from a developer's standpoint. The games run fine after they're built but you really need some power to get things going on the developer side. I've done levels that have taken 15 - 20 minutes to build for testing in the editor. They're fine once deployed but your system has to be able to handle particle effects, lighting effects, audio, AI and more all at once on the fly. My computer has 32GB of RAM and 2 Nvidia cards in SLI and it can get taxed out so having anything less than a full tower with all the extras would not be ideal. It's funny too, for some reason people seem to think that Apple is the only company that does upgrades but UDK adds new features almost every month so it's not like you can just build a computer and say 'it's good enough to run UDK'. By the time it ships UDK has yet another set of features added so Apple would need to jump ahead of the curve.
