Worth Reading?

A little while ago I wrote an article on the HP Printing Mailbox from Presto. As you saw in my article, I wasn’t very impressed by what I saw. The good people over at Presto read it and wanted to make a believer out of me.

So now I have one sitting here, and I’m going to spend some time testing it out. I’ve been assured that I will only be able to receive email from trusted users, thus eliminating spam.

After I’ve had time to test it out, I’ll post a full review. Until then, I’ll leave you with some pictures to look at.

I’ll be interested to see what you think of it, the concept seems ideal for my grandmother!

I would definitely recommend this for anyone that wants to keep in touch without a computer. The prints are of excellent quality, and the ink cartridges are the same as the ones used in other HP printers, so you’re not getting ripped off just for using a stand-alone machine. I never received a single piece of spam, though just make sure that anyone that is sending your mother email isn’t going to start going crazy with forwarding jokes!
