Samsung has had quite a bit of press over the past few months for their Ultra Slim handsets, causing quite a stir for their combination of super-slim profiles stuffed with up-to-date innards. Based on the F300 Ultra music cellphone, complete with rotating keypad with both numerals and music transport buttons, it has a mobile TV tuner to make the most of the crisp 2.3-inch display, as well as supporting DivX, MPEG4, H.264, WMV and AVI formats.

A microSD card slot and so-called “sweeping” UI which requires brushing the controls rather than pressing them round out F500, which will be available in Korea, Europe and the US in either February or early March.
