Less than a month after the release of the much-anticipated Treo 700, Palm appears to be prepared to launch a sequel to the device. Not surpisingly is that now it sports a larger 320 x 320 pixel screen, an improvement from a dissapointing 240 x 240 screen on the Treo 700 after a couple of critisisms from various reviewers. The Treo 800 will include Wi-Fi as an option, a smaller chassis and a 3.2-megapixel camera.
