Now when are they going to do something about how when I slide the seat all the way back, I can't fully depress the brake thereby causing me to crash into things. And another thing, at night, I've found that my peripheral vision seems to decrease significantly, I think something might be wrong with the windows or the lighting. And those metal bits that hold the roof up, they create a dangerous blind spot. //sarcasm

I've had lots of cars, with lots of crappy floor-mats, and yes a few of them have gotten under and over various pedals, and never once did I think that it was anyone other than me that had to maintain the placement of my floor-mat. If the sliding of your floor-mat creates a condition you feel is worthy of a lawsuit, maybe you shouldn't be allowed to drive. Next time check where your floor-mats are (hell most people can feel when their floor-mats are obstructing normal pedal operation), and fix it before you start driving, and if your floor-mats suck and move around too much, replace them, don't wait for the manufacture to issue a recall or you kill someone. (Pro-tip: Ghosts aren't real, so if your pedal is sticking up or down, it might be something nearby that is causing it, you should investigate) //rant
