The Toshiba E105 that we saw last week has gone up for pre-order at Best Buy, priced at $1,199.99.  Under the hood lurks a 2.26GHz Core 2 Duo, a 14.1-inch TruBrite 1280 x 800 display and Intel 4500MHD integrated graphics.  RAM is 4GB while storage is courtesy of a 320GB hard drive.

Connectivity includes WiFi a/g/n and Bluetooth, and the OS is Vista Home Premium (the 64-bit edition so as to recognize all that lovely RAM).  There’s also an HDMI output, gigabit ethernet, two USB 2.0 ports and a fingerprint reader embedded just below the zero-profile trackpad.  A DVD burner and multi-format media card reader round out the package.

The standard warranty is a relatively generous two years, and the whole thing weighs 5lbs.  No word on when it will ship, however.  For just under $1,200, though, we’d have liked to have seen discrete graphics and maybe one or two more USB ports.
