Intel entered into an agreement with HP which “capped” AMD’s share of 
the commercial desktop segment at 5% of HP’s worldwide sales.  The “cap” provision was 
suppressed and kept secret, but numerous drafts, subsequent emails, and testimony confirm that it was central to the agreement and was observed by HP and enforced by Intel.  


Wow, too bad, I really wanted to see these new AMD products.]]></description>
