Wireless media streamers are growing in number and in features, but style seems to be lagging behind. We can only hope that Ricardo Baiao’s Audio Torch design gets fast-tracked to production, then, because it’s fair to say that the light and music concept is a pretty damn slick looking piece of entertainment tech.
Intended to pipe music from across your network to wherever you choose to hang the rubber-coated player, the aluminium device both puts on a coloured LED lightshow as well as projecting the current media details onto the wall. A magnetically-held circular remote operates both the basic features and advanced playlist management, all from a few simple buttons.
Somebody give Baiao a break and buy up the design!
