TomTom XL 335S PND breaks cover

When it comes to GPS navigation, most of us would identify with the market right away several names. Garmin is one of the big names and right up there with Garmin is TomTom. TomTom has unveiled its latest PND today called the XL 335S the new navigation device has many of the features that make TomTom devices popular including IQ Routes.

Other features include Advanced Lane Guidance and users can take advantage of the Map Share program that allows drivers to change maps that are incorrect. The screen of the device is 4.3-inches and is touch sensitive. The device comes with complete maps of the US and Canada.

Text to speech function allows the device to say street names and place names aloud and the database has 7 million points of interest. TomTom also uses its fold and go EasyPort mount that folds flat to fit in any bag or shirt pocket. The TomTom Home desktop application helps to keep users up to date at all times. The XL 335S will sell for $239.95 and should be available soon.
