what makes this such an epic fail tho is that twc is the one major cable provider that doesn’t have an xbox app. An xbox app would sell more twc subs than an xbox, the convenience of a single experience would be worth way more than a game console.

Gee thanks, TWC — but since our cable service has been out since 10/29/12 and you wo’t give us an ETA for restoration, I guess I won’t be racing over to Best Buy for that XBox. A “Triple Play” bundle? I don’t think so — then we’d have no Internet and phone service either.

When will all of these idiots see that giving the audience what they wants only helps their business models. Have none of these companies learned from the music industry? Hold back the change, people pirate and find ways around putting money in your pocket. Aid in the transition, make sure the consumer is being looked out for and happy, and become a key player and reap the benefits.
