Ehh I think this is not a good comparison. The TI OMAP 5 chip will be based off of ARM Cortex-A15 while the Tegra 3 is based off of ARM Cortex-A9. The Tegra 4 chip will be based off of ARM Cortex-A15 so I think when that chip comes out, it will be a more of a fair comparison.

Looks like the one on the right has more stuff running on it. (look at the bottom right)
Everything should be identical except the hardware so this test is bogus.

Wow incredible results…that’s what i call a more than double smoking. If at just 800 MHz dual core this thing can smoke a 1.3GHz quad core, can u imagine what the results will be when both cores are upped to say 1.5 to 2GHz. I see this chip inside the belly of the Next Nexus (N4). Google plz don’t screw up the next Nexus…give it a cam with abt 16Mpx, 4.7″ 720p HD Super amoled plus screen, 3000mAh battery, a device that is less that 130mm tall, less than 65mm wide and between 10-12mm thin.

It doesn’t really seem like a good comparison when the Tegra 3 will have been out a year+ by the time OMAP 5 ever shows. It may be competing with Tegra 4 by then.
