We take iPad and iphone vids all the time.. no Moire or scan line issues at all..

any screen recorded that close will show pixels. it’s not the phones issue

What you’re seeing is an artifact of the camera used to take the video :)

You have the clash of two different update rates, the video update rate of the phone and the sensor sampling of the video camera. This kind of video needs to be shot VERY carefully (which is why most manufacturers will just fudge it)

Think of the banding that you see if you try to video your own pc monitor (try it if you like).

I’m now even more excited about this phone.

Is it just me, or does the screen appear to show some pixelation/banding, espeically during the video shown? I’m not one to jump on the pentile = automatically sucks bandwagon, but I’m interested to reading more detailed reviews and seeing the screen in person.
