8-bit-tieI’m sure on April Fool’s Day you all saw the cool 8-bit tie being “offered” by ThinkGeek along with several other funny gadgets. ThinkGeek had such a response that they have decided to start selling them.

The tie will be made of silk, and of course clip on for ease of use. They claim that it must be clip on in order to preserve the 8-bit lines that make the tie what it is, but we all know it’s because that real geeks wear clip ons.

The tie isn’t actually up for sale yet, as they didn’t actually have them mass-produced. We’ll let you know once they become available. According to the site they will be sold for $19.99.
