		<description><![CDATA[Oddly enough, file-sharing (a) is already illegal, and (b) doesn&#039;t deprive the original owner of his property, as *real* theft does.

The music industry&#039;s inability to adapt to new product distribution methods should not be the concern of either government nor law-enforcement.

Missing physical property *is* the legitimate purview of law-enforcement, however. I sincerely hope the perps in this case are caught and properly &quot;corrected&quot; for their crime.]]></description>
