Concept designs are just cruel and unusual. First of all the designer creates something completely new and gets consumers all excited over a product that may never exist (although sometimes eventually does). To make it worse, bloggers help the process by writing it up.

It’s like we can’t resist, they show us something shiny and new and it compels us to pass it along. Well, predictably enough I of course go along with this tradition and end up writing up this cool Vaka Light.

It isn’t just a fake tree with light bulbs, the bulbs can be picked off the tree. Then you can place the light wherever you feel is too dark and it will keep on going. Then just place the bulb back on the tree to charge it up again. The design was created by Ian Bach and this being a concept design it of course has no pricing information.
