Not all of us are the perfect gardners that instantly have that instinct to know where to plant everything. I’m always trying to figure out what exactly partial sun is, and if my idea of partial sun is anywhere near right. Well this cute little gadget helps out with that exact problem.

Just put the calculator in the pot and place it where u want it then 24 hours later it will tell you whether the spot is full sun, partial sun, partial shade and full shade.
The sun calculator is being sold from Computer Gear for $24.99. Its is a small price to pay when you compare it to how much money you’ve wasted killing plants.

Good product, but a little bit expensive! 30$!
I prefer using http://www.sun-time.org for my garden
In just three clicks, Sun-Time provides precise, real-time information on the annual hours of sunshine of a particular spot as a garden. But Sun-Time also lets you obtain the position of the sun in the sky visible from a given spot, according to the date and time of your choice, and even allows you to compare the location with the potential sunshine duration of the region where the property is located. This sophisticated tool also has an option to refine the data according to potential obstacles that could conceal the sun, like a hill or a building. Consequently, the user obtains customized results.
