If you’re looking for some lighting that is a bit industrial, then check out this LitraCube Lamp. The lamp is actually made from a special type of concrete, creating a cool and one of a kind look.
The blocks are made up of normal concrete that is simply made up of thousands of parallel optical fibers embedded in it. The concrete stays just as strong and light is able to pass through it creating the effect shown here.
The material is actually available as a building material in your home or you could just make a house from the material. However, that would be extremely expensive, the lamp itself is priced at $770. I couldn’t imagine forking out the dough for a single wall much less a whole house made of the stuff.
