All the “touch based technology” is, in reality, designed for a stylus, not a finger, which is why reviews of capacitive screen Windows tablets generally say that Windows doesn’t work well with a tablet.

Motion Computing has carved a tablet niche for themselves by focusing on vertical markets. It will be interesting to see if HP can broaden that to the general enterprise in a way that OQO was never able to. Then again, if reviewers don’t recognize the game changing significance of the Slate’s dual active digitizer/touch screen, it’s doubtful IT departments will.
