Schools have started providing alternatives for students who are against dissecting animals. Usually that alternative involves lots and lots of bookwork. However, if schools provided this Discovery Frog Anatomy Kit it could be a much more hands-on approach.

The organs are all removable and are made to feel real. It comes with a dissecting table, accessories, X-ray films of the skeleton and muscles and a anatomy guide. I realize a school forking out dough for new equipment is a bit unlikely. However, it might pay off with these since you’d only have to buy them once, as opposed to buying dead frogs every year.

If the school isn’t willing to buy these you might buy one for your kids yourself. They might let you use it instead of pages upon pages of work. The kit costs $24.95.
