If you’re looking for a better way to stare at the night sky, this Celestron SkyScout Personal Planetarium is just the way to do it. It not only allows you to get a closer look at things but by the click of a button it tells you what you’re looking at as well.

I don’t know if you’ve ever attempted to use a star chart, but take my word for it, it is definitely a hassle. For about five minutes in my life I wanted to be an astronomer, then I found out how much of a pain it was to actually identify the stars and decided to give up the idea. Well this SkyScout tells you what star, constellation or planet it is you are looking at without you having to carry around a map.

It also has an interactive Skytour SD multi-media card, that can give you tours of the sky. It is priced at $375.89 which actually isn’t half bad when compared to some of the nicer telescopes especially when you consider all of the other features it offers. It measures 7.4 x 2.5 x 4.0 inches.
